This is a tricky one to respond to. Love the graphic design, the balance and color use were perfect, especially the use of cyan and red to emphasize at moments. The flickering neon light effect was wonderfully matched to the music, and the timing was great. I enjoyed this, way to use suspense and curiosity at the beginning to hook the viewer.

You really get involved in watching this, because of the unique accent of the speaker, and the unipue style of the flash artist. I havn't seen anything quite like this one in a very very long time. I honestly feel moved by that. Very nice IndyAnimator.
Its the style
The simple graphics, mostly black and white color choice, the music, the movie-preview esque words coming up on the screen, the humor...the list goes on of what you did perfectly. the style of your animations is unparalelled in all of ng. the additoin of blur at the beginning was a nice touch. i especially enjoyed the constant changing of the shot's view. the pan and zoomout out of the black building onto the city near the end was also one of those little things that came together to make this great. the voice of the proto robot was indecernable, but even without knowing what he said, this was magnificant.

I do believe that even anyone with minimal intelligence can see that these stick figures were animated with more style and excellence than any, and i mean ANY, other sticks on ng, with exceptions only for cases of a tie. The style of your animation is so incredible that i practicaly took a dump out of sheer pleasure as i watched proto. If the style category had a founding father you would be him.

Not too shabby
Like the whole thing, and I don't know why. It was a decently done flash despite the fact that it didn't have characters that you drew and also despite the lack of plot, but it was kinda funny and with the help of the author's comment, I understood it.
Thank you. I made it mostly coz its fun to make these simple movies that can be funny as hell(To me atleast) and very easy to make, and not time consuming.
I kinda hate sprites, so my vote is biassed
But I mean really man! This has a 2? The plot, or lack of plot, was idiotic, and what was the point!? We've all seen little Mario sprites jump on stuff and putting them in new locations doesn't make a unique movie! There is no reason for submitting this when it is just one of a million animations almost exactly like it. I dont mind plotless animations so much if the animation and graphics make up for it, but this was just poorly animated sprites doing nothing in particular! No one should have to waste their time watching this. On a more constructive note, you need backround music, or some more interesting sounds, the little bleeping when the talking came up was virtually it!

It was a weird movie
I don't understand that premise that my man Dareb was talking about, but it was so pointlessly weird that it made me laugh. I appreciated it in a different type of way than I was supposed to.

That was a cool way to get across your point. You made me laugh at first but when the pigeon was wiggling, but when it stopped moving, I realized the seriousness of the moment and I got an appreciation for the movie. Excellent use of contradiction to get your point across.
