Wow
All of the reviews are either hating on or defending glocks. I guess this was a good effort but it sort of proves the hopless state that things are in with everyone making generalizations about folks and voting based on what group the author is in, both good and bad. It is just as bad when people auto five a glock movie as it is when the blam just for its glockitude, though. Glocks get the most hateful reviews, but on the whole, glocks give more nonsensical and/or hatefull review responses than the average joe which provokes folks. I guess if people are going to hate, it brings out the love in others. Anyway. It was pretty good, the graphics weren't bad. Glocks don't really give too much opportunity to show off artistic talent, but what was there was not bad. Oh, but I must ask you not to use Times New Roman as the font for the text. Looks tacky.
This is good
A little flash tip. I saw a few times your tweens were going smoothly, but then suddenly jumped at the end. That probably means that you accidentally moved the hot point of the tweened object in the first or last frame of the tween. If you get out the free transform tool, select the object, and double click the hot point it will return to the center and that should fix the screwed up tweens. Good luck with learning flash!
This is really good
I'm pretty sure that this didn't turn out the way you wanted it to, what with the audio too quick for the words, the under done light saber fight, and the C+ :) but I still liked it, and I think it is because it didn't turn out like it was supposed to. I got a more speedy, nonesensical, razzle dazzle, cheezey awesomeness that the movie would have been less good without. Good work, and don't worry about the problems with this, it's fine!
Cheers bro - I think I'll have to pick a better aesthetic next time - I just usaed '3D style' stuff made in Freehand
Good work Mr. Philips
Very nicely put together. Visuals in every area were stunning, and the little story line was entertaining. I especially liked your portrayal of the prowlies, playing sith the bug and putting the rock on the other's head, it helps get you involved with the movie. I have always enjoyed watching your stuff and will look foward to your next.
I'll take three?
